When you place an on-line order for the products you have put in your "shopping basket", you are accepting to buy them at the price and according to the terms of this website. We will send you an email to say we agree to sell them and to confirm that we are able to deliver. If we do not accept your order for any reason, we will tell you as soon as possible. 6. Contract

A legally binding contract between you and us will be formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been accepted and that we have shipped the goods to you. 7. Charging your payment card

We check your payment card details when we process your orders. Your account will be charged at the same time. If your order is cancelled before delivery, we will refund the full amount that you paid for the order to your payment card. We can process payments from Mastercard, Visa, and Switch cards. For security reasons, we do not store payment card details. This means that you will need to re-enter your card details each time you place a new order. You do not however need to use the same card each time. Due to the nature of the clearing system, your credit card payment WILL be taken at the point of ordering. If a problem should occur in relation to our ability to either supply the goods to you or to deliver them to you, we will inform you that this is the case and give you the option to either receive a full refund for the amount paid, or alternatively, if it will be possible, to have the goods delivered to you as soon as possible.
