We have been dedicated to providing excellent service for over 60 years and together, our sales team have over 100 years of experience. This has allowed us to gain market leading knowledge of packaging and proven experience of dealing with all types of requirements.

We are confident in our ability to manage any requirement and regularly deal with orders ranging from standard stock items, detailed printed bags to technical food grade products. We also have the capability to fulfil complex delivery and distribution needs. We have successfully managed many large scale rollouts for all of our products, including over half a million bags supplied to Cornwall County Council in a phased delivery schedule to match their specific household distribution requirements.

We are proud to say we hold long term relationships with many of our customers and are well known for our friendly and accommodating attitude. We have a large team of Account Managers who provide a friendly and personal service to both old and new customers alike.

Once contacting us, you will be given a dedicated account manager who will manage the order from enquiry, to artwork advice, delivery and invoicing. We always provide continuous communication and quick responses throughout your order and feel this is why businesses continue to come back to us year after year.

As part of our ISO9001 accreditation, we also have an in house quality department which oversee all elements of our service to ensure we always meet high standards.
