Please see below for our full shipping cost and leadtime for the UK and Republic of Ireland.
We use multiple carriers to deliver your order depending on the total weight of the goods and your delivery location. The site will automatically calculate delivery costs within the checkout area.
Deliveries due to COVID-19
PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to accept orders for collection.
We are open and taking orders as normal. However, due to the current Coronovirus crisis, there may be delays on the delivery of goods compared to our normal delivery times.
There have also been some changes in relation to our couriers and how they will deliver your parcel. Royal mail and Parcelforce will no longer require you to sign for your parcel using a handheld device. Please see here for more information.
If you are ordering from Europe or any international location please contact us first to ensure there are no service suspensions in your area.
Standard delivery time is 2-4 working days (subject to stock availability), see below.
Please be aware that during busy periods deliveries can take longer. If you require your order urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please CONTACT US so we can track your order accordingly.
Please note: Some products such as shredding consoles have a longer delivery leadtime. Please see individual product pages for detail.
Mainland UK Orders up to 100kg
UK small parcel delivery: £4.00 for any orders less than 2kg sent via Royal Mail
Mainland UK standard delivery: £8.50 for orders up to 30kg sent via Parcelforce.
Should your order exceed 30kg but be below 100kg - £14 for 31kg and an additional £0.70 will be added per 2kg thereafter. This will be calculated at the checkout.

Surcharges apply for the following areas:
- Scottish Highlands - Including postcodes beginning the following AB, IV, KW & PA*.
- Northern Ireland.
- Scottish Islands.
- Isle of Man.
- Isle of White.
- Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands or to the Republic of Ireland.
*Although these postcodes may not technically be Highlands, they are classified as such with the couriers.

Orders above 100kg
Orders above 100kg will be delivered on a pallet. Pallet costs are based on zones throughout the UK. Please see the table below for details. Please contact us on 0151 934 1250 if you have any questions regarding delivery.
Important Delivery Information - If you do not have a forklift available on the premises to take the pallet off the truck please contact us and request a tail lift vehicle which can be provided at no additional cost.
Please contact us if you require pallet deliveries to offshore Scottish Islands.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the item you have purchased simply return it to us by post in its original condition and sealed packaging, within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. It is your responsibility to get the item back to us. We will only refund postage costs incurred in returning faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.
In the case that the goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us by email at email@example.com within seven working days and we will ask you to return the goods to the following address:

We shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or incorrect goods, but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, we will only be obliged to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note it can take up to 10 days to process a refund once the item arrives back with us at our head offices.
