This privacy policy sets out how Weir & Carmichael Ltd uses and protects any information that you give Weir & Carmichael Ltd when you use this website.
Weir & Carmichael Ltd is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and the secure management of personal data we store in relation to customer information when using this website. 4. Retention and destruction of data
By law we have to keep records for 6 years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to. After this period records are disposed of securely.
